The title of this post was found in my drafts, but the post space was totally empty. I wonder what I was thinking on January 11, 2011 when I started it? Eh. Either way, these days I spend most of my bloggy energy on TVB.com. Doing things like making videos and snapping pics for house tours. Anyways, recently I had a particularly fun time filming and editing videos with my pal, Dean. Check out one of the clips — visit the TVB Youtube page to see more.

I’ve been following Hannah’s flickr(s) since I grabbed one of her wedding photos as inspiration for my slated for 2006 wedding (that I never had — long story) and got hooked. Recently, she started up a vintage-inspired lingerie and dresses vertical that I so totally dig called The Loved One.

Hannah has loads of fans and was featured in a Quick Silver Women’s campaign a couple (few) years ago to boot. Regardless of all that…she is a stunning lady with load of creativity — she makes undies, draws, and take gorgeous photos.

I just wanted to let you know and/or remind you about her.

Feelings: The “Marie Claire” Situation

Writing about a fashion magazine’s blog isn’t typically a topic I’d address here, but lets’ talk about it anyway. Everyone else is. Marie Claire‘s blogger Maura Kelly hit a lot of nerves with her yay or nay: fatties get a room already post.

I don’t feel like taking this Kelly gal to task for being a dick or spelling things wrong; or even harp on the unnamed Marie Claire editor who allegedly asked the question that spawned Kelly’s post.

I really just want to take this moment of outrage to check out some hot vintage photographs of people big, small, medium, mustachioed, and wrinkled. Because the sexiest — the most gorgeous/appealing/interesting — faces and bodies don’t often look like a Real Housewife of Orange County. Just a reminder.
